Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
Refund Process
It takes around 2-3 weeks to receive your returned product and to process the refund. DECTEAM will issue a refund to the original form of payment, and you will be sent an email notification indicating that your refund has been processed. Based on your issuing bank, the credit may reflect in the next billing cycle. If you need to return something, please contact us and we will send you the return address. After we receive the goods and check them, we will refund the full payment to the customer without affecting the secondary sale.
Refund Terms and Conditions

DECTEAM will not be responsible for any costs associated with the return of the products. Hence, we suggest you ship the product with a reputed, traceable, insured, and trustworthy shipping carrier. We aren’t responsible for any kind of a shipping fee or an import fee incurred in the return of the product.

Damages to or discrepancies in the product must be reported within 5 days of its delivery. Ensure that you specify the order number, a brief description of the problem, along with a picture of the product.

DECTEAM doesn’t accept responsibility for products delivered to an incorrect address given by the sender. Hence, we strongly recommend you to check your shipping information multiple times and confirm your order only after you are sure that everything is correct.
Return Charge
If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Cancel
Order Cancellations
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment
finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery.
And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

Repair or replacement under this Warranty does not affect the expiry date of the warranty.

This warranty is limited to purchased customers, and is not permitted to transfer this warranty to other third parties.

This Warranty may not be varied without our authorization.

DECTEAM will provide free replacement of new products for customers who have problems with the product within three months of purchase. If the product has problems within the scope of warranty after three months, DECTEAM will provide new products as a replacement, but customers need to bear the corresponding shipping costs.
